This is a great gluten-free recipe for making bread rolls. Easy to make,  but the rolls are yeast-based so make sure you have 2.5 hours to cook these bread rolls. This recipe makes up 6 soft bread rolls which are suitable to freeze and can be reheated in the microwave. Without gluten, it is often difficult to get a soft flexible texture, but this recipe makes a nice soft roll which can be toasted, used as a small bread roll with fillings.
