A great Australia Day idea to make damper using a popular savoury breakfast spread. The damper can be made using general flour and Vegemite. But equally can be made gluten using gluten-free flour and MightyMite which is the gluten-free version of vegemite as pictured. MightyMite like Vegemite adds a savoury flavour to baked products and is perfect to use on toast for breakfast.  Like Vegemite, MightyMite is also a good source of B group vitamins (Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and Vitamin B12).
