If you like seafood then this a is a wonderful seafood dish to make. Using a combination of fish, prawns and calamari. Lightly stir fry with soy sauce, sherry and ginger. Fresh Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots, mushrooms are added to the dish with finishing touches of crispy noodles, parsley and lemon wedges.
